To bring in the New Year, Iron Maiden have confirmed two special shows in West London.
The band will appear at the Shepherds Bush Empire on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th January.
This is a special opportunity to see the band play in London in a venue where the fans can see the whites of their eyes. This also gives London fans who were unable to get seats for the band’s Earls Court show a second chance.
“We finish this year in Athens. That’s always a bit of a mad show.” explains Bruce Dickinson,”Then we are all having a break over Christmas but we wanted to start the new year with something special! To play in a smaller venue like this where the crowd are right in your face is going to get us all fired up before we head out to South America and Rock in Rio. A few of us saw The Who perform there earlier this year and we just thought the atmosphere was fantastic. We’ve had a fantastic year and we’re still not finished yet.”
Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, 11th November and will cost £20 (plus booking and postage fee).
They will be available from the Shepherds Bush Box office Tel: 020 7771 2000.
Also from Ticketmaster (Tel: 020 7344 4444), Tower Records & HMV stores London, Ticket Shop (Camden), Stargreen, Albemarle, First Call and Rakes (all agents subject to booking fee).
Special arrangements have been made for advance ticket access to members of the Iron Maiden Fan Club.
