A quick FAQ for folks who haven’t taken part in one of our presales before…
WHAT IS A PRE-SALE?
We give IMFC members the opportunity to buy tickets ahead of the general public.
WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
The FLORIDA pre-sale starts on November 29th at 10am local and run til 10pm December 3rd. The Friday may be shared with other presales (eg. venue).
The remaining BRAZIL pre-sales are on: Rio – December 1st, Recife – December 3rd, Curitiba & Brasilia – December 5th. (NB: These will be single-password pre-sales, not individual codes). These all start at midnight (local) and last for one day.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
We’ve set the limit at 4 tickets per show.
OK – SO HOW DO I TAKE PART?
All fanclub members will be sent an individual pre-sale code, which you enter into the ticketing site to buy your tickets. You will be sent full instructions on what to do, including links to the ticketing sites. Your code will arrive in your Private Message box – it is NOT sent by email.
WHEN WILL I GET MY CODE?
Existing FC members will be sent their code the day before the pre-sale starts. We update the homepage to tell you when they’ve been sent.
New members who join after those codes have been sent will receive theirs within 30 minutes of joining. Even once the pre-sale has started you can still join and get a code. We stop sending codes just before the pre-sale closes.
CAN I JOIN THE FANCLUB NOW?
Yes you can – here’s a handy link. As mentioned above, you must allow 30 minutes for your code to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive by then, contact us.

Pre-sale codes allow fan club members to access the ticket agent’s website ahead of the general public, giving them the opportunity to purchase their tickets early. They do not guarantee a ticket.
Tickets can only be purchased via the ticket agent’s website – there is no facility for fanclub members to buy pre-sale tickets over the phone.
Ticket agents will require members to use a credit/debit card to purchase.
The ticketing websites have been tested with the most popular operating systems and web browsers. We cannot take any responsibility for problems with these external sites or with issues on your own computer that cause you to be unable to access the pre-sale.
The ticketing websites may only be available in the appropriate language for the country they’re in.
