Iron Maiden pre-sales are open to all members of the Iron Maiden Fan Club (both full members and online-only members).
We’ll post updates on the homepage before and during the pre-sale period, but to get you started, here are some commonly asked questions:
WHAT IS A PRE-SALE?
We give IMFC members the opportunity to buy tickets ahead of the general public.
WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
The pre-sale for the Calgary show starts at 10am (MST) on Tuesday 20th April and runs through to 10pm Thursday 22nd. Tuesday is exclusively for fan club members, Wednesday and Thursday may be shared with the venue’s own presales.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
Members may purchase up to 4 tickets for the show.
OK – SO HOW DO I TAKE PART?
All fanclub members will be sent an individual pre-sale code, which you enter into the Ticketmaster.ca site to buy your tickets.
CAN I JOIN THE FANCLUB NOW?
Yes you can – here’s a handy link.
I DON’T KNOW IF I’M A FANCLUB MEMBER OR NOT. I’M CONFUSED. HELP ME.
Easy test – head for the forum. If you can access it, you’re a member. If you can’t then you need to go to the shop and join or renew your membership.

Yup. Your pre-sale code will be sent to you by private message. Not by email, by PRIVATE message.

You can access your Private Message box by going here. If you’ve got a problem with your login, now would be a very good time to email admin and sort it out, because if you cannot log in to the site, you won’t get your pre-sale code.

Pre-sale codes allow fan club members to access the ticket agent’s website ahead of the general public, giving them the opportunity to purchase their tickets early. They do not guarantee a ticket.
Tickets can only be purchased via the ticket agent’s website – there is no facility for fanclub members to buy pre-sale tickets over the phone.
Ticket agents will require members to use a credit/debit card to purchase.
The ticketing websites have been tested with the most popular operating systems and web browsers. We cannot take any responsibility for problems with these external sites or with issues on your own computer that cause you to be unable to access the pre-sale.
The ticketing websites may only be available in the appropriate language for the country they’re in.
