IMFC PRESALES

A QUICK FAQ FOR FOLKS WHO HAVEN'T TAKEN PART IN ONE OF OUR PRESALES BEFORE...

WHAT IS A PRESALE?
We give Iron Maiden Fan Club members the opportunity to buy tickets ahead of the general public. We do this for as many of our own shows as possible, but regret that we cannot do presales for festivals.

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
Fanclub presale for the second Oberhausen show will start on Wednesday 12th October at 10:00am CEST / 9:00am UK.

Fanclub presales for the Belgium, UK & Ireland shows are now over.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
We've set the limit at 4 tickets per show

OK - SO HOW DO I TAKE PART?
All fanclub members will have already been sent an individual pre-sale code, which you enter into the ticketing site to buy your tickets. You will have been sent full instructions on what to do, including links to the ticketing site(s). Your code would have already arrived in your Private Message box - it is NOT sent by email.

WHEN WILL I GET MY CODE?

Codes have been sent to all existing members. New members will get their code within 30 mins of joining.

WHY HAVE YOU SENT ME A CODE FOR SOMEWHERE I DON'T LIVE? DON'T YOU KNOW WHERE I AM? WHY AREN'T YOU SENDING ME THE RIGHT THINGS??!
Every fanclub member gets a code for EVERY show we do a presale for - lots of people like to travel overseas and check out shows in different countries. So if you aren't interested, just ignore the private message and follow the schedule to see when the one you do want will be delivered.

I DON'T KNOW IF I'M A FANCLUB MEMBER OR NOT.

Easy test - login with your username and password and check your control panel. It will tell you your current membership status.

CAN I JOIN NOW?
You certainly can. Just click here. Your code will arrive in your Private Messages box within 30 minutes of your payment clearing - this should be instant unless you use the dreaded PayPal e-check which takes about a week!

I'M CONFUSED. HELP ME.
Need help? Read everything up there, it honestly answers 90% of the questions we receive. Then send us an email and we'll sort out your problem (please include as much detail as possible - your IMFC username is particularly important!). Don't leave it until the last minute, if you've got a problem, tell us now.  And please remember that we are UK-based human beings and do have to sleep and eat and things like that!

Please make sure you email us using the link above, please do not mail the fanclub or the shop directly as the mails go to different people and it will only delay us helping you, especially outside of normal office hours.

THERE'S SOMETHING IMPORTANT I SHOULD KNOW, ISN'T THERE...

Yup. Your pre-sale code is sent to you by private message. Not by email, but by PRIVATE MESSAGE.

We'll just say that a third time to be absolutely clear...

P R I V A T E  M E S S A G E.

You can access your Private Message box by going here.  I might sound like a broken record, but there's always someone who tells me I've ruined their entire life by not sending them a code because they were looking in their email. We use Private Messages because there are no issues with spam/junk filters, bouncebacks or anything like that.

ISN'T THERE LOTS OF GNARLY SMALL PRINT I SHOULD READ?

Of course there is! Here you go:

Pre-sale codes allow fan club members to access the ticket agent's website ahead of the general public, giving them the opportunity to purchase their tickets early. They do not guarantee a ticket.

Tickets can only be purchased via the ticket agent's website - there is no facility for fanclub members to buy pre-sale tickets over the phone.

Ticket agents will require members to use a credit/debit card to purchase. Ensure you are familiar with the methods used for paperless ticketing where applicable, as you are required to bring the card with you to enter the show.

The ticketing websites have been tested with the most popular operating systems and web browsers. We cannot take any responsibility for problems with these external sites or with issues on your own computer that cause you to be unable to access the pre-sale.

The ticketing websites may only be available in the appropriate language for the country they're in.

First To The Barrier

Details to follow but this will be running about a month before the show.
